Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community that accepts both dogs and cats. Due to company policies we do have the following criteria for pets on the communities:

1. There is a two (2) pet max per unit. This can be a mix between dogs and cats but there must not be more than two (2) pets per unit.
2. There is a $350 fee on move-in as well as a $35 recurring monthly rent. The pet fee and recurring pet rent are per pet. In the case of two (2) pets in one (1) unit there would be two (2) pet fees paid as well as two (2) monthly pet rents.
3. There is a 20lbs. limit on all pets.

ALL applicants will be required to fill out a profile on  https://bdcrentals.petscreening.com/ in order for the rental application to be processed.
